I don't know why. Everynight or day, I will automatically did something when holdin my phone which is :

1. On fb
2. Slide to the right , search
3. Key in your name
4. View in *see whether you're in green light online

This is what I'm repeating everyday and night.  I don't want to get insomnia again tonight , please. I want sleep. But mind is scrolling and scrolling inside. For? Hmmm.       Heartache*
